Role
You will integrate a team in a Neotalent’s client project taking on the role of Senior React Developerin the Lisbon area (hybrid regime).
What Will You Do
You will join one of our international projects in the Novabase Digital Transformation Unit (full remote or hybrid – in Lisbon or Porto) as a Senior React Developer.
The main tasks for this position are:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Responsible for development of new highly-responsive, web-based user interface
- Work and collaborate with other teams like functional analysis, quality assurance and UX teams
- Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support it
- Optimizing application for speed and scalability
- Create well designed, testable, efficient code
- Work on proposals involving solutions/architecture related to Frontend technologies
- Distribute and delegate tasks to the other elements of the team
- Discuss technical and architectural solutions

What Are You Like
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Javascript frameworks (React preferably)
- Knowledge of Web Architectures and communication protocols
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Github Actions, Gitlab Pipelines, etc
- Fluency/Good communications skills in English
- Previous experience on mentoring/coaching people
