Role
You will join one of our projects in the Novabase Digital Transformation Unit (hybrid regime in Lisbon) as a Junior SAP HCM Consultant.
What Will You Do
- Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and understand client requirements
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules
- Provide support in all phases of SAP implementation projects
- Contribute to the testing, documentation, and training processes
- Stay updated on SAP HCM best practices and industry trends

What Are You Like
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- SAP Certification or training (nice to have)
