Each consultant’s first point of contact with Neotalent Conclusion is their manager, who accompanies them throughout their journey with the company. The consultant and the manager have regular meetings to define objectives and action plans and to ensure the well-being and motivation of the consultant.
In addition to the manager, our People area maintains close contact with the consultant, promoting individual development opportunities and internal mobility initiatives, always in line with the manager.
We have a research team of almost 20 members and a great expertise in the IT sector, with more than 25 years of success and service excellence, recognized by the market.
Neotalent Conclusion has a team of around 850 consultants worldwide who, as they successfully complete their assignments on our clients’ projects, become available to take on new challenges. If, when a project is ready to start, we do not have consultants available for immediate entry, we will present other professionals with the same profile and skills, who are motivated and available to start a new project within 30 days.
The time for allocating a team of professionals to a new project varies depending on the technology involved and project requirements. In our experience, this process can take between 15 and 45 days on average.
We have the capacity to deliver and have done so in the past! From experience, we know that it is a demanding mission, but that is why we work in partnership with the client and count on their collaboration and flexibility to autonomize the team, especially when we integrate junior profiles into it.
Our procurement process is ensured by our Business Support team, which is in charge of the whole process of evaluation and validation of partners and customers.
Talent retention is one of Neotalent Conclusion’s top priorities, however, we are available to evaluate, on a case-by-case basis, the possibility of sharing human resources and the commitment to internalize them in the client, ideally after 18/24 months.
