Yes, you can. You must define your development plan (according to your professional expectations) with your Manager and, in conjunction with our People area, you will have access to technical training platforms tailored to your needs, as well as all the necessary support to carry out certifications.

Your Manager will always be your first point of contact and will always be available for any topics, shares or conversations. You can interact with him/her in person or by email, mobile, Teams or WhatsApp.

After your onboarding process, you will also have regular meetings with your Manager to follow your journey at Neotalent, Conclusion ensure your well-being and motivation, and define action plans.

At the same time, our People area will be attentive to your journey and will help you transform your future at Neotalent Conclusion through individual development plans and internal mobility initiatives, always in line with your Manager.

Neotalent Conclusion is committed to the career development of its consultants.

There is a career structure, with career development pathways and criteria, as well as critical requirements and the prerequisites for access to each career level.

This structure has clear rules and is important for managing the expectations of all employees.

In addition, Neotalent Conclusion seeks to promote a culture of constant learning, providing new opportunities for professional development and even the possibility of project or client transition in the Neotalent Conclusion universe. This mobility is made possible by Move My Talent Program.

Yes, we have a performance appraisal model. It is a continuous and not isolated process, centered on the employee’s performance and based on his/her achievements. This model includes two benchmarks to be assessed: objectives (directly linked to our activity) and competences (directly related to the career level we are at).

Even though your experience at Neotalent Conclusion starts with a particular project, it doesn’t mean that you will always work on that project. You may feel the need to change project/client or develop new skills in another role. By enrolling in the Program Move My Talent the team responsible will work on your internal mobility and/or the development of your skills, trying to identify opportunities that match your technical profile and your motivations.

If the project you are in ends, your Manager together with the rest of the Neotalent Conclusion Management team will, in a joint effort, work to find a new project for you within the Conclusion group.

Neotalent Conclusion is committed to retaining talent, so we prioritize our opportunities to our consultants who are finishing or have finished a project.

Yes, you can. Refer to Talent is Neotalent Conclusion’s referral program open to the general public. Under this program, anyone who recommends an IT professional who is hired by Neotalent Conclusion will receive a prize of €1,000. In turn, we also have Refer a Friend, a referral program exclusively for Neotalent Conclusion employees.
