The future of the DTE

What’s next? We do not know yet, it is the consequence of creating the future.

However, the ETD has a lot to evolve. New functionalities will continue to be added to existing portals in the immediate future. In the medium term, the ecosystem will be opened to other talent market stakeholders, namely Education Institutions and Training Companies and Complementary Service Providers.

Looking further ahead, DTE may become fully open, allowing all Professionals, Recruiters, Talent Managers and Client Companies to interact with each other, opening the door to the digitalization of the IT talent market.

The future of the DTE

What’s next? We do not know yet, it is the consequence of creating the future.

However, the ETD has a lot to evolve. New functionalities will continue to be added to existing portals in the immediate future. Business Transformation and IT service provider Conclusion has reached an agreement with Novabase to acquire the leading Portuguese IT talent and service provider company Neotalent.
Neotalent, a Novabase Group company specialized in recruitment and services in the area of Information Technology, presents a new management platform that revolutionizes hiring in the Information Technology sector.
IT recruitment and services company invested €40,000 in programs that enabled the hiring of 37 new professionals.
Neotalent, a Novabase Group company specializing in the recruitment and provision of services in the area of Information Technology, reinforced in 2022 the two programs of technology talent referrals - Refer a Friend and Refer a Talent -, rewarding 1,000 euros the right recommendations from professionals to hire.
Bruno Ferrão was appointed Director of the Services & Nearshore Unit for the national and international markets of Neotalent, a Novabase Group company specialized in finding the best technological talent and providing IT (Information Technology) services tailored to the challenges and business needs of companies.

The objective of the present study was to test how supervisor support, employer branding, job satisfaction, openness to change predict turnover intention among IT workers from a big Portuguese IT company.
