The DTE platform is aimed at all parties involved in the creation, hiring, management and development of talent, from professionals to recruiters, to education or training providers to employers and talent supply companies.

This platform is the result of a Research and Development project co-funded by the Lisbon 2020, Portugal 2020 and European Union programs, through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), with the participation of ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE) and Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN).
