Neotalent Conclusion has long maintained a policy of trust and transparency in all its activities and relationships with its stakeholders. To this end, we have channels for reporting allegedly unethical behavior, which all stakeholders can use when they believe that the company’s ethical principles and integrity may be at risk.

The reports we receive are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and our actions are guided by the highest ethical standards and conduct towards the whistleblowers, the accused and other stakeholders. We therefore guarantee the trust and effectiveness of the whistleblowing process, encouraging the identification and reporting of violations of our company’s values, ethical principles and commitments.

Our Whistleblowing Policy establishes the rules applicable to the procedure for receiving, processing, resolving and recording whistleblowing reports received by Neotalent Conclusion about behavior that allegedly does not comply with the law and internal regulations in force.
