"Refer a Talent"?

“Refer a Talent” is a referral program that aims to increase the attraction of new talent to job opportunities, while promoting a quick response to Neotalent Conclusion’s recruitment needs.

The initiative allows anyone to recommend friends or colleagues with technical and/or functional profiles linked to the technology area and receive a reward of up to €1,000.

What are the benefits?

For each recommended candidate who is hired, the person who referred him/her wins €1,000 (one thousand euros) in gift cards (SONAE Prize, El Corte Inglés and FNAC). If gift cards cannot be issued, the respective legal taxes will apply on this value.

Candidates who are hired will have the opportunity to embrace new and challenging projects and take a step forward in their careers!

Neotalent Conclusion’s Refer a Talent program is for anyone outside of Neotalent Conclusion. Under this program, you can recommend friends and colleagues to work at Neotalent Conclusion and get a reward. Neotalent Conclusion is always looking for the best talent in the IT sector, especially if they are recommended by someone who believes there is potential to grow at Neotalent Conclusion.

Anyone can recommend a friend or colleague who works in IT and is willing to consider other career opportunities. The more interest the friend and/or colleague has, the more likely you are to get a reward for hiring them. In order to participate in this program, make sure that:

  • you are an individual entity (not a company);
  • you are over 18.

Identify friends and/or colleagues who you consider to be an asset to Neotalent Conclusion and share their contact details with us via the registration form or by sending an email to

You will receive a notification about the status of your recommendation and, if the person you recommended is hired, you will receive financial incentives of up to €1,000 in gift cards.

While the vast majority of recommendations are accepted, they must meet the following criteria:

  • have had no contact with Neotalent staff in the last six months
  • have no association with Neotalent Conclusion as a partner or customer.

You can recommend all functional and/or technical profiles directly related to the area of Information and Communication Technology.

We mainly value recommendations for Portugal, but also for regions where we have open activity and/or ongoing projects, namely in Spain.

Once you have submitted your recommendation, you will receive an email from our team confirming the submission. If the person you recommended is hired, you will be notified and you will know the expected completion date for the integration.

Three months after hiring and at the end of the integration period (six months), you will receive your financial incentive (gift cards).

If two people recommend the same person and that person is hired, the one who made the recommendation first will receive the incentive.

The integration period lasts six months from the date of hiring the new employee, but you will receive part of the financial incentive three months after hiring.

You will receive a financial incentive three months after hiring the person you recommended and also after the integration period (six months) has elapsed. For every recommended person you hire, you will receive €1,000, divided into two gift cards worth €500 each.

If gift cards cannot be issued, the respective legal taxes will be applied on this value.

We estimate a maximum of 4 weeks from the end of the award period. This means that you should receive the first card (€500) within 4 months of hiring your reference and the second card (€500) within 7 months of hiring.

You will receive one card three months after recruitment and the other at the end of the integration period (six months), which is calculated from the date of recruitment of each person recommended.

We’ll send you your gift cards within four weeks of the end of the three and six month period. This means that you will receive €500 within four months of hiring the person you recommended and another €500 three months after that.

When you receive your gift card, you will be given more information about its expiration date, conditions and where you can use it.

There are no limits on recommendations. However, remember that more important than quantity is the quality and appropriateness of the recommendations you make.

The recommendations made are valid for six months. You will receive a notification if the person is hired during this period.

Those recommended will be integrated into Neotalent Conclusion itself, depending on the opportunities available.
