What’s next? We do not know yet, it is the consequence of creating the future.
However, the ETD has a lot to evolve. New functionalities will continue to be added to existing portals in the immediate future. In the medium term, the ecosystem will be opened to other talent market stakeholders, namely Education Institutions and Training Companies and Complementary Service Providers.
Looking further ahead, DTE may become fully open, allowing all Professionals, Recruiters, Talent Managers and Client Companies to interact with each other, opening the door to the digitalization of the IT talent market.
What’s next? We do not know yet, it is the consequence of creating the future.
However, the ETD has a lot to evolve. New functionalities will continue to be added to existing portals in the immediate future. In the medium term, the ecosystem will be opened to other talent market stakeholders, namely Education Institutions and Training Companies and Complementary Service Providers.
Looking further ahead, DTE may become fully open, allowing all Professionals, Recruiters, Talent Managers and Client Companies to interact with each other, opening the door to the digitalization of the IT talent market.
